Solid Pre-Foreclosure Data!

Glad I snagged that 20% off code for PropertyReach! I was mostly interested in the property lead search for pre-foreclosures, and honestly, the data has been surprisingly accurate. Definitely on par with some of the pricier options out there.

Excellent platform, so helpful!

PropertyReach is just what I needed for my real estate investing! I was able to find so many high equity leads and even some vacant property data with ease. The property data API is amazing for what I need to do. I will definitely be continuing my subscription. Highly recommend this for anyone serious about property leads!

Got my leads sorted

So I needed to find some distressed property lists for a project I'm working on. My friend told me about PropertyReach, so I checked it out. The free trial was cool, let me poke around and see what was what. Then I just got a monthly subscription. It was pretty easy to get the lists I needed and export them. No fuss, no drama, just got the job done. Felt pretty good about it.

Consistent property data

I've been using PropertyReach for about a year now, mainly for nationwide property records and owner contact information. This latest purchase, getting a batch of absentee owner leads, was just as straightforward as my previous orders. The data quality is consistently good, and I haven't had any issues with accessing my subscription or exporting leads. That reliability is why I keep coming back instead of trying out other platforms like PropStream.

Found some good leads

So I was just looking around for some distressed property lists, you know, for investing. PropertyReach popped up, and I tried their free trial. It was pretty easy to get around the site. Found some decent leads, especially with the pre-foreclosure stuff. Decided to keep the monthly subscription going for a bit. It felt like a pretty good deal for the info I got.

Decent tools, but could be faster

I signed up for PropertyReach to get some high equity leads and check out their property valuation reports. The lead generation is pretty solid, and I appreciate the detail in the reports. The interface is generally easy enough to navigate. My one small gripe is that sometimes loading large batches of data or running extensive searches can be a bit slow. It's not a deal-breaker, and customer service was helpful when I had a question about exporting to CSV. Overall, it's a good platform for the price, but a bit more speed would make it even better.

Comprehensive data, easy to use

I used PropertyReach to access nationwide property records and some specific lien records. The ordering process was straightforward; I signed up for their monthly subscription after using the free trial. The platform's interface for searching property tax records and mortgage history data was intuitive, and I didn't need much time to figure things out. I even pulled a few parcel maps, which were accurate. Delivery of the data is instant, which is expected for a digital service. I had one question about the accuracy of some older deed information, and their support team responded within a few hours with a helpful explanation. The data quality for the property assessment data and building permits history was generally good, though occasionally a record seemed a bit outdated, but that's typical for such vast databases. I appreciate being able to export leads easily.

Solid data, minor export issue

I signed up for PropertyReach primarily for the property lead search and owner contact information. The data itself was quite comprehensive and helped me find some absentee owner leads quickly. Delivery of the service was instant, of course, being a subscription. My main gripe was that exporting a large list to CSV sometimes felt a bit clunky; it worked, but could be smoother. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about property valuation reports. Overall, a good tool, just a small UI improvement needed.

Does PropertyReach cover all US counties? I'm looking for really specific rural areas.

D Derek Reyes 1 month ago
They claim nationwide coverage, which usually means most counties. For super rural or obscure spots, I'd probably use the free trial to confirm if they have data for your specific areas first.

K Kevin Nguyen 1 month ago
I've used it in a few different states, including some smaller towns. They generally have good coverage, but definitely check during the trial for those really specific, smaller areas.

Are there any limits on how many properties you can search or view each month, even with a paid plan?

T Tara Q. 2 months ago
There's usually a cap on *exports*, especially during the trial, but for just searching and viewing, I don't recall hitting any limits on the paid plans. It felt unlimited to me.

K Kate Okafor 2 months ago
I never ran into a search limit on my monthly plan. I think the only limits are on how much you can export in bulk.

Thinking of switching from monthly to annual. Is there usually a discount for that, or should I wait for a promo code?

R Rosa Z. 1 month ago
They almost always have a deal for annual billing, usually around 20% off. I'd just go for it now if you're planning to stick around.

D Derek Hughes 1 month ago
I think I saw something about annual plans being cheaper. Don't think you need a special code for that, it just shows up as a pricing option.

Anyone know how current the pre-foreclosure data is? Like, is it updated daily or more like weekly?

A Alex N. 1 month ago
From what I remember, they update their databases pretty frequently, not sure if it's daily for pre-foreclosures but it was always pretty fresh when I used it.

R Raj W. 1 month ago
It's pretty accurate from my experience. Didn't have any issues with outdated info when I was pulling lists a few months ago. They seem to keep on top of it.

Does PropertyReach give you actual owner phone numbers or just mailing addresses? Trying to cold call.

J Josh Brooks 1 month ago
They offer owner contact info, which includes phone numbers, but it's part of their skip tracing service. It's not always just there upfront for every record.
2
T Todd 1 month ago
You can get them, but you usually have to run a skip trace for it. It's not always included with just the basic property search.
